Precise 1:1 Mixing

Unlike ordinary spray foam machines, the EP7285 F is designed for precise spraying of materials with a 1:1 mix ratio, such as epoxy resin, polyurethane foam, polyurea coatings, and seam-filling materials. This ensures consistent quality of each material layer, avoiding defects due to uneven mixing.

Independent Temperature-Controlled Heaters

Equipped with independent temperature-controlled heaters for components A and B, ensuring materials reach the ideal working temperature before spraying. This is especially useful in low-temperature environments, helping to achieve more uniform spray effects.

Insulated Hose Assembly       

The unit is equipped with an insulated hose that preheats the hose and spray gun to the required temperature before spraying begins, reducing issues with material flow.

Dual Recirculation Modes       

The device features slow and fast recirculation modes, allowing users to flexibly choose based on different materials and construction scenarios to ensure materials are adequately heated and prepared before spraying. This flexibility allows the device to meet the construction requirements of various high-viscosity materials.

Automatic Pressure Balancing      

The EP7285 F automatically adjusts pressure during spraying, ensuring consistent spray pressure for components A and B, avoiding material foaming or uneven coating, and ensuring materials are always sprayed in optimal condition in various applications.

Wet Cup Lubrication Feature       

The built-in wet cup lubrication system effectively prevents materials (such as isocyanates) from contacting moisture in the air, avoiding crystallization and clogging of pipes. This feature is particularly crucial when handling humidity-sensitive materials, extending the equipment's lifespan and ensuring continuous smooth operation.

Compact Design, Easy to Move       

Despite its powerful features, the EP7285 F has a compact design, measuring only 512mm wide, 673mm long, and 1022mm high. Compared to bulkier sprayers on the market, the EP7285 F is easier to transport and install, especially suitable for construction sites with limited space.

Motor Temperature Monitoring Function       

An advanced motor temperature monitoring system effectively prevents overheating issues, allowing the equipment to operate for long periods in high-intensity environments without frequent maintenance, thus maintaining construction efficiency.
